My first book

Sorry about the extra long description.  
This is my 2015 diary. I even specialy printed a page for my new year's resolutions and a calender.  
I've always been interested in book-binding. I actually worked as a book-binder for six months a few years ago, but not really a proper one. Sadly my job was just to print, and staple textbooks and workbooks together, but I still loved holding the finished product in my hands. But now I got to try something I've always wanted to do and I made my first book! I made this book completely from scratch. I made up the symbol on the front combining the ruin for er faith with a sort of horse shoe (for luck) and just Art Nouveau type vines so the symbol doesn't really mean anything except to me.

Tip: I used vinyl for the cover. When cutting out a design for the cover, paint the back with some diluted glue and let it dry so that it's easier to cut and you don't get little bits of the backing showing (I didn't do this at first and had to recut it).
